Express + MySQL API structure is ready.

Admin, Partner and Student portals now have a real backend starter folder with authentication, partner credentials, student leads, status updates, commission and document upload structure.

npm install
2. Configurecp .env.example .env
3. Databasemysql -u root -p opticon_eduserv < database/schema.sql
4. Runnpm run dev
